Wisdom and intelligence from everywhere.

For market research and consulting firms

Decision-grade research, delivered under your name.

PansophIQ is the specialist partner behind research and consulting firms: choice models that predict what a market will do, depth interviews at scale, and the survey operations around them — done for you, for a fixed fee, ready to put in front of your client.

Why firms bring us in

Models your client will act on

Choice designs that mirror the real market — alternative-specific attributes, availability, a none option — estimated with uncertainty carried through to an interactive simulator your client runs in the meeting. Results in shares, not coefficients. For launch sequencing, pricing, positioning, and forecast inputs.

Depth at scale, on the moderator’s terms

Your moderators stay in charge. The platform supports them live — guide tracking, suggested probes, transcripts coded once — and, where they choose, runs AI-moderated interviews under their guide to add capacity for the thirty-interview study, in parallel. One codebook, one deck.

One fixed fee. Senior people. No surprises.

A defined deliverable at a single price; outside costs passed through at cost. Analysts who have done this for pharma and life-sciences commercial teams, and who present alongside you or remain unnamed, at your discretion.

From everywhere

Intelligence from everywhere, delivered as one answer.

No single source answers a commercial question. We bring the ones that do into one study, one respondent record, and one deliverable your client can act on.

Delivered as one answer, under your name.

Decision modeling

Choice models that predict the market, not just describe it

Your client is deciding how to launch, price, or position. The research has to say what will happen to share — and hold up when their forecasting team checks the work.

  • Real-market design. Each alternative carries the attributes it actually has; choice sets reflect what competes and what is available. No trade-offs among things that never co-occur.
  • Uncertainty that survives to the answer. Bayesian estimation; every scenario simulated from the full posterior, so the simulator shows a range, not a false point.
  • The simulator is the deliverable. An interactive market simulator your client opens and runs: change price, availability, or profile and read the share change with its interval.
  • Told in shares. Every effect reported as a share change, in percentages — the language of a commercial decision.

Depth interviews

Qualitative depth at quantitative scale

The moderator is the method. The platform extends what one moderator can deliver — supporting them live, and adding AI-moderated capacity that follows their guide when they choose. A dial, from assisted to fully automated, and the moderator sets it.

  • Assisted. The moderator leads. Live guide tracking, suggested probes they are free to ignore, transcripts with synchronized audio, coding done once.
  • AI-moderated, at the moderator’s direction. An AI moderator runs the moderator’s guide asynchronously — probes each theme to depth, follows unresolved answers, respects refusals — by voice or text, in parallel. The moderator reviews, codes, and owns the findings.
  • One codebook, one deck. Both arms coded under the same frame; every finding cites the passages behind it; quotes verified against the transcript.
  • Validated on their guide. Run both arms on one guide, blinded, and read the comparison — the moderator decides where the AI arm earns its place.

Survey operations

The full study on one instrument

Screener, questionnaire, choice tasks, MaxDiff, segmentation battery, and interview guide on one instrument and one respondent record — cross-cuts are a filter, not a merge.

  • Segmentation with a deployable typing tool.
  • MaxDiff reported as shares.
  • Fielding end to end: invitations, consent, quotas, live monitoring — your sample or ours.
  • Data in your format: CSV, XLSX, SPSS; flat or stacked.

How an engagement runs

01 — Brief

You bring the client question and the constraints; we bring the method and a fixed quote within days.

02 — Design

We design the instrument and the model. You review; your client sees a clean, branded study.

03 — Field

We run it on our platform: your sample or ours, live monitoring, AI and human interviews in parallel.

04 — Deliver

Simulator, findings deck with evidence, transcripts and codes, data files. We present with you, or stay unnamed.

How we work in full

What lands on your desk

Deliverables in full

Your client stays your client

White-label by default

Deliverables carry your brand; we appear only if you want us in the room.

Confidential by construction

Each engagement is isolated; nothing from one client is ever used for another.

Your data policy

You set which AI providers may process transcripts, and where audio is stored, per client.

Senior throughout

The people who quote the work do the work.

The platform

Q2, the engine behind the delivery

Every engagement runs on Q2, PansophIQ’s research platform: one instrument and one respondent record across survey, choice, and interview; AI-moderated interviews that run in parallel under the moderator’s guide; live field monitoring; and a client viewer where you and your client see the study and its findings as they land.

Before the project exists

Win every one.

The bid is where the method is decided and where we are most useful. Bring us the RFP and, within days, you get a fixed quote you can embed in yours, a methods section written to survive the client’s stats team, and — for choice and interview work — a working demo study your prospect can click through in the pitch.

Bring us the project you just won — or the one you’re about to bid on.

Tell us the client question and the deadline. A proposed approach and a fixed quote within days, for the project you’re delivering or the one you’re pitching.
