Brief us. Bring the RFP or the question. Within days: a proposed approach, a fixed quote, and a methods section written for your document. You accept, and the work opens.
Send the materials. For repeat work: email the survey or guide, the sample plan, and your notes to your account’s project address. The project opens, we program it as written, and you get a test link within days. No proposal round unless you want one.

A quote that holds

Fixed professional fee for a defined deliverable.
Outside costs at cost — sample, incentives, translation — under an agreed ceiling, never exceeded without your approval.
The quote holds. You embed our number in yours; it does not move unless our costs change materially, and then only through a change order you approve.
Invoices are automatic and arrive as events happen — sample up front, the fee on delivery, or deposit and balance if the account is set that way — with everything accounts payable needs on the PDF.

A named person on every project

Every account has an owner and every project has a lead on our side — usually the person who brought you in, or someone they assign. Questions go to that person; answers come back within one business day; the exchange lives with the project.

White-label by default: deliverables carry your brand; we appear only if you want us in the room.
Each engagement is isolated; nothing from one client is ever used for another.
