Verbatim, or from a prior wave, or written with you

  • Client-provided. Your survey or guide is used exactly as provided — wording, order, routing, and scales stay as written. If something cannot be fielded as written, we tell you and ask before changing a word.
  • From a prior wave. Start from a project you have run before; the instrument, quotas, and settings become the starting point and the lineage is recorded.
  • Written with you. When you want us to author, the instrument is built on one canvas with the logic and piping visible, and you walk it end to end before anyone else does.

One respondent, one row

A respondent who screens in, completes a choice exercise, does a MaxDiff, and sits for an interview is one row. Survey data, transcripts, codes, and findings share the study and the respondent ID; the cross-cut your client asks for on Friday is a filter, not a merge.

The field, run end to end

  • Invitations as single-use links by email or SMS; consent shown before entry and stored verbatim.
  • Your sample or ours. Sample costs are invoiced up front and stated in the quote; the field opens when they are settled. On your own sample account, nothing is invoiced up front.
  • Quotas, groups, reminders under control: live monitoring of completes, incidence, quota fill, and days remaining — with a daily digest you can forward.
  • Field control that opens and closes without ejecting anyone mid-interview.
  • Respondent completion is the design standard. Validation is tolerant, sessions survive connection and service failures, and voice falls back to text rather than ending an interview.

Data in your format

CSV, XLSX, and SPSS (.sav), flat or stacked, with the codebook. Transcripts as text; recordings per turn where retained. Delivered when the field closes.

Yours, as written. Rewriting happens only when you ask.

Can we watch the field?

Yes — live counts on the project page and a forwardable daily digest.

What about sample?

Your panel account or ours; ours is invoiced up front, at cost, under the agreed ceiling.

Can you program in our template?

Respondent-facing pages carry your branding.
